Job Description
The primary role of this position is to oversee network devices, firewalls and DNS/DHCP systems.
This involves managing the implementation of changes on various gateways, configuring routers, firewalls, proxy servers and load balancers.
Additionally, the job entails troubleshooting and resolving un-intended network traffic issues, monitoring and responding to health alerts, and performing service desk tasks such as ticket allocation and prioritization based on SLA.
A key aspect of this role is effective internal and external communication, including responding to customer requests via email and phone calls.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in IT/Networking or a similar field is essential for this role.
* Working knowledge of Linux, DNS, Firewalls, F5, VMware, Proxies and Email Gateway appliances is also necessary.
* NV1 Security clearance is a mandatory requirement.
* The ability to work a 24x7 rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays, is a must.
