About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our busy store.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily store operations to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
* Lead up to 10 to 12 team members per shift, ensuring exceptional service delivery
* Maintain inventory levels, manage stock, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
* Deliver high-quality food products in line with Domino's standards
* Drive sales growth, motivate your team, and achieve key performance indicators
* Provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues promptly
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous retail management experience (at least two years) in a food store
* A Diploma or higher qualification
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Knowledge of food industry regulations and high-level food safety awareness
* A head for figures, with experience managing budgets, targets, and other financial aspects
