We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our front-line support team. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
The Role:
You will be responsible for handling client calls, recording service requests, diagnosing technical issues, and escalating when necessary. Your day-to-day tasks will include answering calls with professionalism, recording and allocating service requests effectively, diagnosing and resolving entry-level technical issues, supporting desktop systems, software applications, and cloud platforms, and assisting with system builds, installations, and routine maintenance.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
 * A diploma in IT or equivalent experience.
 * At least 3 years' exposure to IT support or network operations.
 * Strong skills in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues quickly.
 * Familiarity with hardware, software, and cloud environments.
 * Clear and confident communication skills.
 * Ability to juggle competing priorities and deliver results under pressure.
