About the Role
The Catering Support Worker will ensure a supportive environment where residents are encouraged to express their food preferences and choices, whilst ensuring that food is nutritious and prepared in alignment with established standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* To maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment at all times;
* To assist with meal planning, preparation, and cooking as required;
* To provide support for residents with specific dietary needs or requirements;
We are seeking an experienced Support Worker who can work independently but also as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build positive relationships with residents.
