Director of Assets and Infrastructure Services

This pivotal role offers the chance to lead one of the most impactful directorates within Council, overseeing critical services that keep our community connected, safe, and thriving.

As Director, you will provide strategic leadership and innovation across civil works, water and sewerage, asset management, roads, bridges, facilities, stormwater, and emergency management.

You will guide the delivery of major infrastructure programs and champion the development of sustainable services that directly improve the lives of residents.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level advice to senior leaders on infrastructure and asset management matters
* Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality civil works, maintenance, and capital projects
* Oversee strategic planning, financial management, and contract administration within the Directorate
* Foster strong community and stakeholder relationships, ensuring transparency, safety, and collaboration
* Drive continuous improvement, compliance, and innovation across infrastructure and service delivery
