Operational Excellence Analyst

This role is responsible for supporting operational excellence by coordinating training, analyzing data and dealer claims, administering programs and standards, and maintaining key information systems to enhance planning and performance across the facility.
* Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and provide insights to stakeholders.
* Review dealer claims to ensure accuracy and efficiency in operations.
* Coordinate training and development programs to improve processes and productivity.
* Lead facility improvement projects and host events to drive cultural change and continuous improvement.
* Maintain safe job procedures, standard work, and conduct audits to ensure compliance.
* Develop and deliver training programs to build skills and knowledge of associates.
* Manage SharePoint, Power BI, and information repositories to support planning and decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have effective communication, interpersonal relationships, data analysis, and problem-solving skills. A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, operations, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
