**About our Client**
Gybe Consulting are partnering with a much loved Not-for Profit organisation, who are Queensland's specialised provider of audiology and speech pathology. With state-wide operations, they support people of all ages - from newborn babies, to toddlers, school age children and adults with hearing loss.
The Communications Manager will provide strategic support to the broader Marketing team to drive and execute profile awareness campaigns, PR and internal communications.
**Role Responsibilities**
- Engaging Public Relations agencies and coordinating their engagement with supported families.
- Assisting with newsletter compilation
- Assisting with events and two major upcoming Campaigns
- Developing strong and proactive relationships with the Leadership Team to ensure messaging is appropriate across Internal Communications
- Helping the organisation to develop comms strategy to frame messages for Government
- Leading the approach to customer engagement from a communications perspective
- Improving the measurement of customer satisfaction and working with COO to establish a client advisory group
- Supporting with fundraising and public communication and doner relations
- Manage CRM, and systems to automate marketing and comms
**Skills & Attributes**
- Exceptional copywriting skills, and ability to adapt style to audience and channel
- Proven stakeholder management at a senior level
- Ability to influence, lead and excite others around a common agenda
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent presentation skills
- Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to exercise judgement and show initiative
- Project management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience as a communications lead
- Tertiary qualification in marketing/communications/public relations
- Previous experience within fundraising would be advantageous
