Assessment Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Rehabilitation Consultant, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Registered Psychologist to join our dynamic team of allied health professionals.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting individuals through detailed and accurate evaluations.
This is a key role in conducting comprehensive Employability Assessments, ETE Assessments, Transferable Skills Assessments, and Occupational Analyses.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct both desktop-based and interview-based assessments, tailoring your approach to the unique needs of each referral.
* Apply your knowledge to problem-solve complex cases and provide well-reasoned, evidence-based decisions.
* Write comprehensive reports that clearly justify your conclusions, highlighting the most relevant findings.
* Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to contribute to holistic, client-focused outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience
* You hold tertiary qualifications in rehabilitation counselling or psychology.
* You have 5 years' experience completing assessments, with expertise in Life Insurance or related fields.
* You possess excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering robust, high-quality reports.
* You have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
* You have current ASORC or AHPRA registration.
