Lead the Allianz Technology IT Master Platform team as part of the wider GSI team to deliver the Business Master Platform capability in Australia, by transforming Allianz Australia's Insurance products, people, processes and technology.
Leverage global, regional and local capabilities, and delivers a set of services as a single end-to-end service to Allianz Australia, delivering on the OE's Transformation Program.
**You'll be responsible for**:
- End-to-end responsibility for the technology, costs, and quality of ITMP services, including the support and management of service development, service sourcing, service transition and the continuous improvement.
- In conjunction with the Head of GSI to lead AZT IT Master Platform Transformation program from Allianz Technology.
- Ensure Successful Delivery of BMP strategy, onboarding multiple LOB and opening multiple distribution capabilities in the IT Master Platform.
- Design and deliver and ITMP Global Operating model to support the Australian Business
- Steer the Program, aligning to the Global Targets in architecture and global Standards, working with senior executives in the business and technology function.
- Ensures the coordination, tracking and handover of individual to standardized services and contributes to the portfolio management for new, existing and decommissioning services
- Participates in the definition of key indicators and relevant parameters, e.g. cost per service, quality, capacity, business continuity and IT security, their monitoring and also ensures the overall alignment and compliance with IT standards and processes
- Manages the sourcing, transition and delivery of ITMP services in accordance with the service description, service catalogue and negotiated contract
- Liaises with technical experts, delivery experts or respective service providers to ensure the ITMP services are balanced between both standard solutions and customer needs
- Own, coordinate, monitor, steer and continuously improve the services according to the service lifecycle management
- Ensure the team is collaborating closely with customers and understands their requirements.
**Important to your success**:
- Demonstrated evidence of ability to partner effectively with business leaders to implement strategic and operational IT initiatives.
- Ability to make decisions, drive change, and deliver results in a high paced and complex environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence.
- Experience in leading a team of software programming professionals and mentoring and coaching Developers, Testers, Analyst and Architecture professionals.
- In-depth understanding of SDLC of scaled agile delivery and production environments support.
- Process and project management and ITIL training and / or certification desirable
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
