About The Role
We are currently seeking experienced, service-focused Housepersons to service hotels in Newcastle. Part Time opportunities are available to the right candidates. Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Distribution of linen and replenishment of amenities to floors
- Assisting the Room Attendants as requested and delivering guest requests
- Maintaining guest room pantries and ensuring all equipment is clean and in working order
- Helping to answer guest requests and assist where possible
You will need a friendly and enthusiastic attitude with positive involvement and interaction with guests and the hotel team. Availability is required Monday to Sunday on a rotating roster (minimum). Hours are 8:00 am – 4:00 pm and may vary with hotel occupancy. You must have at least 4 days of availability to work over a rotating roster.
