Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Council services and community offerings.
* Lead the development of key performance indicators and measure their effectiveness in driving business outcomes.
* Collaborate with specialist functions to evaluate and improve customer journeys.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
* Significant experience in managing communications and customer engagement within a 24-7 media cycle.
* Extensive management experience and experience in managing highly complex change initiatives.
* Experience in transforming customer experience using engagement and data insights.
