Who we're looking for
* Accountants & Senior Accountants – Build technical expertise, work closely with clients, and gain exposure to a range of industries.
* Assistant Managers & Managers – Lead client engagements, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development.
* Senior Managers – Drive strategic outcomes, lead high‐performing teams, and shape the future of our Albany office.
What you'll do
* Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns.
* Manage client relationships and deliver commercial insights.
* Lead and mentor team members.
* Identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
* Contribute to a culture of collaboration, learning and excellence.
About you
* A degree in Accounting, Business or Commerce.
* CA/CPA qualification (or working towards it).
* Experience in a professional services environment.
* A proactive, client‐focused mindset.
* Strong communication and problem‐solving skills.
* A desire to grow, personally and professionally.
