The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated leader to step into the role of Regional Manager, Western within the Hardwood Forests Division.
This role is critical in delivering safe, sustainable and commercially successful management of our Western Hardwoods region. You will lead the planning, production and operational programmes that underpin responsible forest management and customer commitments across the region.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will provide direction and oversight across harvesting, roading, compliance, ecology and contractor performance. Your focus will be on aligning strategic intent with tactical delivery and commercial outcomes, ensuring our operations meet IFOA requirements, contractual supply obligations and community expectations.

About The Role
As Regional Manager Western, you will lead the operational delivery of the Western Hardwoods region, ensuring safe, sustainable and commercially sound outcomes. You will oversee end-to-end planning and execution, from accurate field assessments and harvest plan approvals through to compliance with IFOA and other regulatory requirements. A key part of the role is integrating operational plans with sales and logistics to meet customer commitments and contractual obligations. You will build capability and engagement across teams and contractors, set clear expectations, and drive performance improvements that strengthen safety, environmental stewardship and commercial returns.
About You
You are an experienced leader with a strong operational background and a passion for sustainable forest management. You thrive in complex environments where balancing commercial outcomes with environmental and community responsibilities is key. You are confident in decision making, proactive in problem solving and skilled at building relationships that foster collaboration and accountability.
