About the Role
As the face of the Alpine Spas showroom, you'll help guide customers through the buying journey from first enquiry through to final sale and delivery.
* Assisting showroom customers and providing exceptional service
* Managing phone, email and LiveChat enquiries
* Preparing quotes and processing customer orders
* Following up leads and customer enquiries promptly
* Supporting daily showroom presentation and operations
* Assisting with stock movement, signage and showroom upkeep
This is a fast‐paced role where attention to detail, communication and customer experience are critical to success.
What We're Looking For
You don't need to come from the spa industry, but you do need to enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering a high level of service.
* Has experience in retail sales, showroom sales or customer service
* Is confident communicating with customers both in person and over the phone
* Has strong organisational and administration skills
* Works well in a busy, team‐oriented environment
* Takes ownership and follows tasks through to completion
* Presents professionally and positively
* Has good attention to detail and can manage multiple priorities
