Burger Urge Dubbo seeks an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to lead a team of enthusiastic staff members and ensure exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in the restaurant or hospitality industry, with strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, scheduling staff, and maintaining facilities. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, this individual must have excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering positive change.
* Assist the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of managing the restaurant, including but not limited to staff management, food safety, customer service, inventory management, and financial performance.
* Train and supervise staff, ensuring that all employees are properly trained in company policies and procedures.
* Ensure that the restaurant meets all food safety and sanitation standards, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
* Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
* Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Manage the scheduling of employees and ensure that all shifts are covered.
