We are seeking a talented Colour Selection Specialist to join our high-performing team. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the interior and exterior colour selection process.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of current design trends, materials, and finishes. You will work closely with homeowners to select colours that reflect their style while staying aligned with design standards and budgets.
* Meet with clients in the colour studio to guide them through the design process
* Provide expert advice on internal and external colour selections
* Ensure colour selections meet design requirements
* Coordinate with suppliers, trades, and internal teams to finalise colour selections
About You:
* Previous experience in a similar role within the building or design industry
* Strong knowledge of current design trends, materials, and finishes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
