You will be mentored by more senior members of the team around MS 365, AV, Cloud, WIFI, cyber sec, all you will need to bring to the role are:

- Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship
- Degree and/or 1-2 years hands on experience.
- Excellent communication style and a willingness to assist users.
- General IT awareness and ability to recognize problems and solutions independently
