About the Role
As the Team Member Listening and Engagement Specialist, you will lead team member listening across the employee lifecycle, ensuring feedback and insights inform cultural transformation activity.
You will also:
Champion team member voices – lead programs that ensure feedback drives meaningful change and creates an inclusive environment.
Drive cultural transformation at Coles – play a key role in embedding our values and creating an inclusive, engaging environment for all team members.
Leverage innovative technology – harness platforms like Culture Amp and AI-powered analytics to transform how we listen, learn, and act on team member feedback.
Grow your career – develop expertise in organisational development, analytics, and cultural transformation in a supportive environment.
About You and Your Skills
You have the ability to turn insights into practical recommendations that embed values-driven behaviours and enhance team member experience.
Experience supporting the design and development of cultural initiatives, including embedding values across the employee lifecycle.
Experience using data to tell a story and analyse various data sets to develop insights across employee cohorts to understand sentiment and feedback themes.
Skilled at building relationships, influencing priorities, and collaborating across large organisations.
Experience with listening platforms (e.g. Culture Amp) and leveraging AI tools to enhance survey delivery and user experience.
