Niramaya Villas and Spa is seeking a casual F&B attendant to join our restaurant & bar team and help us create a memorable experiences for our guests.
You will report directly to the F&B Operations Manager.
The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of service, and guest satisfaction at all times.
As our next team member you will:
* Complete daily tasks and duties
* Work in a team with restaurant & bar staff
* Assist with daily operations and running of the restaurant & bar
* Greet, seat guests, and assist them with any queries they may have
* Deliver excellent customer service
* Open and/or close the venue
* Ensure guest satisfaction and gracefully handle any complaints
* Manage dining reservations
* Monitor Restaurant, Bar & Poolside operations
* Offer menu recommendations upon request
* Upsell additional products when appropriate
* Balance the daily banking for the end of the shift
* Assist and report to the F&B Operations Manager
* Communicate with the Kitchen Staff
To fill in this role, we are expecting:
* Minimum 3 months commitment
* Attention to detail is a must
* A positive attitude
* A valid QLD RSA
* Previous bar experience
* Exceptional organisation, anticipation skills and great communication
* Australian working rights
* Availability 7 days a week with early starts and late closing. Requires flexibility.
