Mine Site Parts Coordinator
As a Mine Site Parts Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to our customers. This includes manufacturing and assembling fluid hoses, as well as liaising with customers to support their needs.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver Quality Service: Ensure that all manufactured hoses meet the highest standards of quality and are delivered on time.
* Quality and Detail: Identify and troubleshoot hose solutions, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
* Work to a Plan: Receive on-site orders for immediate supply and monitor inventory control to maintain stock levels.
* Follow Procedures: Research and consult service information systems for specific procedures and instructions.
* Do It Right: Ensure workmanship is fault-free and quality in the finished product is maintained.
* Continuous Improvement: Provide regular updates for process improvement and maintain industry standards.
* Support Genuine Parts Sales: Promote and advise on the use of genuine parts to maximise performance and reliability.
