About The Role
This crucial position reports directly to the Director and ensures compliance, service delivery, and staff development. Key responsibilities include:
* Supervising security staff with professionalism and diligence
* Sourcing new clients and opportunities to drive business growth
* Ensuring strict adherence to policies, procedures, and compliance standards
* Overseeing rostering and live operations to meet client and venue needs
* Managing employee performance, training, and development initiatives
* Liaising with clients, managers, and staff to deliver quality service outcomes
* Identifying operational improvements and implementing compliance-focused systems
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A minimum of two years' experience in security operations with strong industry knowledge
* A solid understanding of security laws, compliance standards, and operational practices
* Proven skills in staff supervision, conflict resolution, and incident de-escalation
* Strong communication abilities with a professional, customer-focused approach
* Capability to assess situations, solve problems, and make sound operational decisions
* Commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and high professional standards
* Required qualifications including Cert II Security, RSA, First Aid, NSW Licence
