Eligibility and Selection Criteria
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated application of professional and ethical boundaries in patient care within a multidisciplinary team.
- Evidence of applying evidence-based practice and critical thinking for individualized, person-centred care.
- Proficiency in interpersonal communication and conflict resolution.
- Commitment to work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients and families to enhance health outcomes.
- Evidence of participation in career development and maintaining competence.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills within a multidisciplinary team.
