Network Controller Role

Kinetic is seeking a proactive Network Controller to support live transport operations. In this role, you'll coordinate driver and vehicle movements, respond to incidents, and help maintain reliable services.
We welcome candidates from a range of backgrounds—whether you have direct experience in transport operations or bring transferable skills from fast‐paced environments such as logistics, emergency services, customer service, or operations coordination.
If you can stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and make sound decisions in real time, you'll play a key role in delivering safe and efficient services.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and manage live transport network KPIs, ensuring on‐time and reliable service.
* Provide real‐time support to drivers during incidents and emergencies.
* Collaborate with depots to adjust operations in response to disruptions.
* Record and elevate incidents and maintain accurate system documentation.
* Communicate with stakeholders, including emergency services and authorities, when required.
* 38hrs a week; roster will rotate including some weekends.
What We're Looking For
* Experience monitoring transport networks with strong attention to detail is preferred but not essential.
* Proficiency in computer systems and communication tools.
* MR or equivalent drivers licence preferred or willing to obtain.
* Excellent problem‐solving, teamwork, and decision‐making skills.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments.
