Key Account Manager

* Job Description: The role involves managing and growing key accounts in the region, identifying business opportunities and driving sales growth across the region. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing expert advice on products and services, collaborating with operations team for efficient delivery of products and services to customers, monitoring market trends and customer needs to develop effective strategies, preparing sales proposals, quotes, and contracts for customers, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving, and meeting sales targets and KPIs.
* Main Responsibilities:
o Build Strong Relationships with existing and new customers in the region, drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer service, work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of products and services, monitor market trends and customer needs to develop effective strategies, identify business opportunities and drive sales growth across the region, provide expert advice on Boral's range of products and services, collaborate with operations team for efficient delivery of products and services to customers, prepare sales proposals, quotes, and contracts for customers, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving, meet sales targets and KPIs.

* Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in account management, sales or business development preferably in the concrete, quarries or related industries. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, safety and environmental standards commitment.
