About the Role
This role involves overseeing day-to-day office tasks and assisting the Managing Director and Executive Team. Key responsibilities include:
1. Drafting communications and correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director and Executive team.
2. Processing incoming mail and calls, referring to appropriate stakeholders.
3. Creating expense reimbursements for the Managing Director and Executive team.
4. Coordinating Managing Director and Executive team's local and international trip schedules.
5. Organising official visits and meetings with international executives, including hospitality, travel, accommodation, transport, and administrative support.
6. Coordinating information processing, including filing systems, task follow-up, and project status.
7. Processing reimbursements, travel, and expenses through internal systems.
8. Assisting with workers comp documents and liaising with the HR Team regarding injured staff.
9. General ordering and stock management for office supplies as required.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
* Global organisation exposure ideal.
* Proven experience in a similar role.
* Sound knowledge of SAP is a benefit.
* Previous experience in high-paced and multitasking positions.
* Good communication and literacy skills.
* Able to think outside the square, demonstrating an agile approach to work.
* The ability to build business relationships and maintain a calm and friendly approach.
* Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with diplomacy.
