Job Description

The primary objective of the Living Room Bar Supervisor role is to contribute to the success of our hospitality establishment. As a key member of the Rooms & Guest Services Operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and assigned shift operations within the Lobby Lounge.

Key responsibilities include:

* Strategically managing the team to maximize talent and guest satisfaction, revenues, and profitability
* Creating authentic guest experiences by fostering a positive and welcoming environment
* Managing Beverage and Food reservations effectively
* Maintaining hotel standards through consistent quality control
* Providing comprehensive training to the team
* Managing rosters and timesheets efficiently
* Supporting the manager with assigned tasks as required

Additional duties involve playing a significant role in the daily supervision of the Living Room Bar and the team, maintaining sanitation standards, and assisting talent and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods.


Core Work Activities

The successful candidate will:

* Effectively communicate between Culinary and Front of House teams to ensure smooth and seamless service delivery
* Ensure compliance with all restaurant policies, standards, and procedures at all times
* Monitor alcohol beverage service in accordance with local laws and regulations
* Strive to improve service performance and set a positive example for exceptional guest relations
* Assist Talent on the floor during meal periods and high demand times as needed
* Complete opening and closing duties, including setup and cleaning of equipment
* Monitor employees to ensure performance expectations are met consistently
* Provide constructive feedback to Talent based on observation of service behaviors
* Supervise the restaurant and all related areas in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
