Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Buyers Agent located in Sunshine Coast, QLD. The primary responsibilities of the role include assisting clients with property purchases, offering expert buyer representation, and guiding them through the real estate buying process. Day-to-day tasks involve conducting property research, liaising with clients to assess their needs, negotiating with sellers on behalf of buyers, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve client satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining a high standard of customer service and local market knowledge.
Qualifications
* Strong customer service and client communication skills
* Possession of a valid Real Estate License
* Experience in residential real estate and buyer representation
* Sales ability and negotiation expertise
* Familiarity with Sunshine Coast's property market is advantageous
* Self-motivation and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
* Proficiency with real estate tools and technology is a plus
