Teaching and Learning Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Teaching and Learning Specialist to join our staff. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining learning responses, planning engaging programs, and building relationships with students and colleagues.
The successful candidate will have had experience in teaching and possess strong operational, organisational and communication skills. They will also be able to demonstrate high-level communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills necessary to be successful in a complex and layered structure.
Key Responsibilities
* To develop and implement class and individual student learning programs that meet all legislative requirements.
* To build learning experiences that cater for individuals with specific needs.
* To ensure young people are provided with a learning program that maximises their outcomes through the development of annual plans for each young person; and contribute to the ongoing evaluation of the planning process.
