**Location**:

**Objectives of this Role**:
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal/external clients/stakeholders
- Assists with all aspects of customer service and advice, talks with customers by phone or in person, handling queries in a timely manner (24 hours)
- Solicits sales of new or additional services
- Follow up of clients overseas orders daily as required
- Informing clients of vessel/aircraft delays, order status reports undertaken Daily (AM) as required
- Maintain customer files
- Other tasks as directed

- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and authorities which impact on your area of responsibility

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance

**Experience and Qualifications**:
- Junior or senior certificate
- Positive attitude to learn a new industry and develop
