We are seeking experienced E&I Technicians to join our project delivery & maintenance teams at UGL.
The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering electrical and instrumentation scope under contract, executing planned and unplanned breakdown maintenance, maintaining and replacing electrical equipment, and providing technical advice and support on electrical & instrument to the field project and maintenance teams.
About the Role
1. Delivery of E&I scope under the contract
2. Execution of planned and unplanned breakdown maintenance
3. Maintaining and replacing electrical equipment
4. Provide technical advice and support on electrical & instrument to the field project and maintenance teams
5. Troubleshooting, calibrating, repair and service of fixed plant instrumentation and electrical assets
6. Identify risks and maintain awareness amongst employees and process conditions in a Major Hazardous Facility
7. Develop and drive continuous improvement and cost-effective solutions
8. Working at heights activities
9. Being flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
10. Identifying and implementing improvement initiatives which may involve working with many different disciplines within the organisation
About You
1. You hold an Electrical License (QLD)
2. Cert III in Instrumentation
3. HV Switching Certification
4. High Risk Work License – EWP
5. Work at Heights Certification
