Speech Pathologist Position
The role involves providing clinical services to participants aged 0-8 as part of a national team of Speech Pathologists in our NDIS division. This includes communication assessments, swallowing and paediatric feeding (dysphagia) assessments, mealtime management plan development and reviews, augmentative and alternative communication assessments, and ongoing therapy.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough assessments and provide evidence-based interventions for clients with varying complexity, communication and swallowing needs.
* Develop and review mealtime management plans, and provide training and support to clients and their families.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
* Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in speech pathology.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.
* Registration:
* Registration or ability to become registered with the relevant Speech Pathology board.
