Job Title: Clinical Assessor
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Assessor to join our team.

* About the Role:
* This is a locum capacity position, working with a prominent provider of assessment services focused on ensuring that older Australians receive the support they need to live independently while retaining and maximising their functional capabilities.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating timely, client-centred assessments that enhance the independence and quality of life for older Australians.
* Key Responsibilities include engaging with families and carers as key stakeholders throughout the assessment process, monitoring and managing assessment schedules, collaborating with team members, and participating in continuous improvement activities to ensure exceptional service delivery.
* The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills (both written and oral) with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues, as well as the ability to work at least 4 days per week.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary Qualification: Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration or Social Worker with AASW eligibility
* Experience: Minimum of 1 year's recent experience working in RAS or ACAS, and experience working within the Single Assessment Service
* Certifications: SOA2 or 4 and IAT certification as a minimum, ideally with related MAC Learning units completed re: Single Assessment Service
