* Prepare, draft, and distribute agendas and minutes

* Uphold confidentiality and attention to detail in all tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Previous Executive Assistant or senior administration experience essential
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
* Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
