We're seeking a motivated and experienced Work Group Officer – Learn to Swim to support and oversee our dedicated instructors as we continue to grow our swim school.About the RoleAs the Work Group Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Learn to Swim program.
You'll be responsible for mentoring staff, maintaining high instructional standards, and fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment for students of all ages and abilities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support a team of Learn to Swim instructorsCoordinate staff schedules, training, and performance reviewsEnsure compliance with safety standards and program guidelinesMonitor student progress and support continuous improvementCollaborate with management to enhance program delivery and growthWhat We're Looking ForProven experience in swim instruction or in aquatic programmingStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to motivate and mentor staffKnowledge of swim teaching frameworks and safety protocolsRelevant qualifications or willing to obtain (e.g., AUSTSWIM, Swim Australia Teacher, CPR)Why Join Us?
