As a Clinical Nurse within the Continued Care Service, you will provide advanced mental health assessment, treatment, care coordination and clinical leadership for consumers experiencing complex mental health challenges. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting recovery, promoting community inclusion and delivering evidence-based care that improves outcomes for individuals and their support networks.
Working with us
* Isolation bonus: AUD$3,695 for the first year, AUD$11,085 for the second year, and AUD$7,390 for the third and each subsequent year (pro-rata for part-time employees).
* Return airfares per annum: full-time employees – 2 (including spouse/dependants); part-time employees – 1.
* Superannuation contribution: 12.75% employer contribution.
* Long Service Leave and Sick Leave accrual.
* Salary sacrificing options available.
* Travel as required, and enrolment and conference costs for approved courses.
* Staff accommodation (if eligible) or private rental subsidy of AUD$82.50 per week for up to 17 months.
* Two weeks of annual leave with loading/bonus.

Requirements
* Relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate registration/licences.
* Postgraduate qualification or enrollment in a postgraduate program in a relevant area of study is highly desirable.
* Class C Motor Vehicle Licence.
* Pre-employment screening including criminal history checks.
* Evidence of vaccination or immunity to Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis required due to VPD risk.
* Probation period may apply.
