About the Role
AusPac's Tamworth office is looking for a new full-time member to join the team. Reporting to the Supply Chain & Quality Manager, the position of Supply Chain & Quality Assistant is an exciting opportunity requiring a highly organised and meticulous candidate.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
* Placement of purchase orders on overseas suppliers
* Supporting the management of warehouse logistics, including transport
* Assisting in quality risk assessments and managing product samples
* Overseeing the processing of shipping documentation, including completing related data entry
About you
Our ideal candidate will have outstanding attention to detail and be able to work as part of an efficient and effective team. They will maintain a high level of professional communication with all stakeholders and manage their workload effectively in the face of competing priorities.
The successful candidate must have the following:
* Ability to work both in teams and autonomously
* Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
* Experience working with the Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software such as MYOB Advanced
* Ability to complete repetitive data entry work with a high level of accuracy
