Head of Business Development
We are seeking a senior, commercially minded Head of Business Development to lead a brand‑name organisation’s inorganic growth agenda across M&A, investments, partnerships and strategic projects.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will originate, evaluate and execute transactions that align with strategic priorities and deliver measurable value. You will lead end‑to‑end deal execution — from market scanning and opportunity identification through diligence, negotiation, Board approval and integration — while building a disciplined pipeline and robust governance framework.
Working closely with senior leaders across the organisation, you will provide trusted commercial advice, manage complex stakeholder relationships and ensure value realisation through effective integration and performance tracking. You will also lead and develop a high‑performing business development team, uplifting capability and embedding best‑practice processes.

Qualifications
You bring 10+ years’ experience across investment banking, private equity or corporate development, with a strong track record delivering complex transactions. You are a strategic thinker with exceptional commercial judgement, advanced financial modelling skills and the ability to influence at executive and Board level. You are also a people leader who enjoys coaching teams and driving disciplined execution.
