About the Role
Duties
Prepare cold foods and ingredients for cooking (weighing measuring mixing portioning chopping and storing food)
Prepare and cook food according to recipes quality standards presentation standards and food preparation checklist establishing priority items
Monitor food quality while preparing food
Serve food in proper portions onto dishes plates mugs and bowls ensuring proper plate appearance
Wash and disinfect kitchen area tables tools knives and equipment
Skills & Experience
Minimum Certificate 3 in Cookery
Im Alert Food Safety Certification (from City of Perth)
Unrestricted working rights for Australia
