Experience & Qualifications
* Chef Responsibilitie : Cooking tasks and duties such as portioning food, placing it in dishes, And trim FRESH fish / chicken, stir fry by using wok and Deep fry and using right cooking tools, utensils, equipment, Knife.
* KITCHEN areas must to be ensure maintance with established standards Examining the quality of ingredients or cooked food products Planning, directing and supervising the food preparation,
* Make sure follow QLD food hygiene regulations.
* Maintaining and monitoring a high standard of hygiene, food quality,, presentation and food safety
* Cert IV in Commercial Cookery/Kitchen Management and Diploma of Hospitality Management
* Minimum 2 years of experience post qualification
* A passion for culinary excellence
* Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent team work and communication skills
Responsibilities
* Design menus and curate new recipes
* Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with our menu standards
* Ensure food presentation is impeccable and consistent
Prior experience in modern Japanese cuisine will be valuable benefit for this positions
