Role Overview
Our PRADA Sydney Westfield store is growing and now requires a PART TIME Stock Associate to take charge of the end‐to‐end back‐of‐house operations.
Responsibilities
* Organise and monitor all stock levels.
* Execute weekly cycle counts, and bi‐annual stock‐take.
* Supervise all stock movements including international shipments, gifting, store transfers, internal usage, and ensuring everything is accounted for.
* Maintain all product repairs in the system.
* Oversee all ecommerce activities including sales, shipments, returns and KPI deliverables.
* Maintain the stock room in line with PRADA standards and OH&S regulations.
* Ensure the utmost care of all products within the stockroom.
Qualifications and Skills
* Background in back‐of‐house/warehouse role with strong knowledge in retail operations, back‐of‐house administration and stock control.
* System savvy and comfortable working with Excel and SAP (or similar program).
* Dynamic, agile, quick on your feet and always ready for a challenge.
* Exceptional organisational and time‐management skills.
* Enjoy collaborating within a team.
