Job Description:
This role supports the lead winemaker in every stage of wine production to ensure consistency, quality and adherence to safety and operational standards.
The successful candidate will work under supervision, completing tasks once trained and competent.
* Perform cellar operations to support high-quality wine production
* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety according to company procedures
* Use personal protective equipment and attend required training sessions
* Record operational data accurately in log sheets and notes
