Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with Accounts Payable and Receivable processing, reconciliations and payment runs.
* Provide finance support across the business, including month-end tasks.
* Support the Procurement Officer with purchasing, stores and dispatch activities.
* Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and document management.
* Utilise the ERP system for finance and procurement transactions.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
About You:
* Certificate IV in Accounting/Bookkeeping or relevant experience.
* Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (experience with modern systems highly regarded).
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
