The Successful Candidate
* Strong coordination, facilitation, engagement, and documentation skills (e.g., Executive Summaries, Requirements, Backlog Management)
* Ability to support non-technical delivery activities
* Close collaboration with business teams to understand and document business processes
* Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills
* Ability to meet deadlines independently with minimal supervision
* Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to assist various groups
* Proficiency in MS Word and other standard office applications
* Experience in infrastructure and COTS application upgrade projects
* Ability to support solution testing when required.
* Familiarity with Operational Technology systems such as SCADA
Desirable Skills
* Experience with Agile methodologies
* Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
* Functional understanding of Power Transmission and Distribution
* Experience in customer-facing and multi-vendor environments
* Consulting background
* Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Ansible)
