About the role
Be responsible for administration support associated with the operational delivery of all First Aid and Mental Health sales – both training and product. This position includes but is not limited to: Scheduling (Rostering), Course processing, invoicing and reporting and providing an enquiry and support service to a range of internal and external stakeholders.
What you will bring
* Provide operational support for training delivery, as directed by the Operations Support team leader to schedule training (including allocation of trainers) and complete all necessary admin required.
* Ensure the accurate and timely processing of all training records including follow up.
* In line with Australian Red Cross' financial processes and delegation, ensure the accurate and timely processing of Invoices and Purchase Orders pertaining to the operational delivery of First Aid and Mental Health Training.
* Ensure all work is undertaken within agreed Service Level Agreements and Contractual obligations (both internal and client based) as well as being delivered within relevant First Aid and Mental Health and Australian Red Cross Policies and Procedures.
* Manage the analysis of information for additional contract bids and for reporting against existing contracts.
* Maintain accurate equipment asset register (ie; laptops, data projectors, manikins, defibrillator training units and faces).
* Maintain accurate AED register

This role is covered by the Educational Services (Post Secondary Education) Award 2020 – Level 4 (General Staff). Salary from $63,497.27 + superannuation + salary packaging options.
