We're seeking a proactive and experienced Plant Services Manager/Site Services Manager!
Based in Richlands, one of CCEP's largest and busiest sites globally, you will be taking charge of our amazing site Maintenance teams, who are the main heartbeat of our operations!
You come with an extensive level of experience working within FMCG with large industrial Air Compressors, Refrigeration / Ammonia and Boiler systems, plus have an extensive understanding of environmental issues and regulatory requirements. Trade Qualifications electrical or mechanical with relevant experience working within FMCG is essential in this role.
You will possess a high level of process improvement skills coupled with analytical ability and strategic problem-solving skills (root cause analysis, FMECA, process improvements & corrective actions) will be key in being successful.
This exciting role will see you taking ownership of a team responsible for provision of best practice support and customer service across the Production and Maintenance departments. You will be a key driver for supporting the Site in achieving Strategic targets via maximising / optimising machine uptime and utilisation through the deployment of the Asset Care Plan whilst meeting financial requirements, supporting the delivery of Capital Plans and ensuring Safety compliance and regulatory requirements in the Plant Services areas.
This is a not only a leadership role, but one that is also very strategic as you use your experience and knowledge in maximising / optimising machine uptime and utilisation through the deployment of the Asset Care Plan whilst meeting financial requirements, supporting the delivery of Capital Plans and ensuring Safety compliance and regulatory requirements in the Plant Services areas.
You will also have excellent written and verbal communication as this role will also see you liaising with and coordination of Contractors and Suppliers to ensure the effective and efficient implementation of best practice Reliability Strategies driving a culture of proactive maintenance to promote long term asset sustainability, as well as reporting to senior stakeholders within CCEP.
Lastly, you will be expected to ensure personnel, plant and equipment safety, and environmental and quality requirements are met through the application of the CCEP AP Way for Asset Care (policies, procedures, systems, and standards) as well as maintaining high standards in relation to Safe Work Practices including use of Work Permits, SWMS and adherence to Contractor Safety & Wellbeing Management, compliance with regulations and implementation of safe engineering work practices.
Typical Day
* Implementation of best practice reliability processes and ensuring Safety Compliance with all CCEP QESH and regulatory requirements in Plant Services area
* Manage a variety of Site Services contracts and drive continuous improvement of the Plant Services supply network.
* Operation of the WWTP & Cooling Tower maintenance and compliance
* Scope and support the delivery of Site Plant Services Capital Plans and future capital requirements.
* Plant Services R&M Contractor and Materials budgets and Service Contracts
* Water authority contact person and trade waste compliance reporting.
* Ensure all relevant plant and equipment Statutory Compliance is maintained (i.e., Pressure Vessels, PRVs, NH3)
* Support for environmental issues and initiatives
* Ensure timely and accurate collection of data through the utilisation of Information Management Systems (Maximo, SharePoint, shared drives, LineView, Tableau)
* Contribute to accurate strategic planning through the collection and analysis of the relevant documentation and data including PM's, failure codes and EM work orders.
* Ensure Maximo data relating to Work Orders, BOMs PM's and Job Plans, etc. is accurately captured and maintained.

This role will be required on site and you can look forward to working day-time hours, Monday to Friday with no weekends! (Please note: From time to time you may have to work on a public or a weekend 4 times per year)

Experience & Qualifications
* Trade Qualifications electrical or mechanical (QLD Registered). with relevant experience working within FMCG (Essential)
* Min. 5 years' experience in related Engineering operations function (Beverage or FMCG Supply Chain)
* Regulatory and legal compliance knowledge and understanding the implications for the business.
* Experience with large industrial Air Compressor, Refrigeration / Ammonia and Boiler systems, including an understanding of environmental issues and regulatory requirements.
* Experience with Wastewater treatment Ultra filtration Nano filtration and RO equipment.
* High level process improvement skills with analytical ability and strategic problem-solving skills (root cause analysis, FMECA, process improvements & corrective actions)
