Infrastructure Project Leader
A leading civil construction company seeks a highly experienced Infrastructure Project Leader to deliver high-quality infrastructure projects across the Northern Territory.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project planning, quality control and compliance. This involves leading cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement project plans to meet business objectives;
* Manage procurement processes and resource allocation to maximize efficiency;
* Ensure all projects adhere to relevant regulations and industry standards;
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks;
* Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior staff members.
Requirements:
* Civil Engineering degree + extensive experience in civil construction project management;
* Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget;
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and build strong relationships with clients;
* Proficiency with MS Office, AutoCAD and survey equipment.
