We are seeking passionate and committed individuals seeking to gain a Commercial Cookery Qualification to join us for their 3-year Apprenticeship. Whether you are looking to make a start, or continue your apprenticeship with us, we can provide you with an apprenticeship opportunity that has all round support to help you succeed.
You will complete on the job training with a team of Qualified Chefs, as well as attend a series of Study Blocks at Charles Darwin University in Alice Springs to complete your Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
Key Duties
* Prepare and present all products showing variety and flair;
* Undertake all on the job apprentice training criteria in a willing and dedicated way;
* Assist in ensuring the kitchen is always maintained in a hygienic and sanitary condition.
