Allied Express, Australia's largest independently owned national express transport company, is currently looking for a highly experienced Call Centre Manager with transport experience for our new office at Broadmeadows.
The call centre manager is a pivotal role in the business, and reports to the National Customer Service Manager.
**You will**:
- Have a transport background.
- Manage the Melbourne call centre including telephonists and customer service staff.
- Be a quick thinker and be able to make quick decisions.
- Must have leadership/managerial ability
- Be a leader of a team.
- Ensure the call centre service standards are of the highest standard.
- Manage staff issues and rosters.
- Manage and react to customer service levels throughout the day.
- You will be a very active person, that can keep up in a very active and fast paced environment.
- This is a hands on position, where you need to think on your feet.
- You must have a "do it in the field" management style.
You will be a reliable, honest and mature person, capable of multi-tasking, prioritising and juggling the daily workload.
