About the Role:
Manage a team of sales professionals, drive sales growth within NSW and build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the region.
* Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, setting clear performance targets.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
* Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics and competitor activities.
* Prepare accurate sales forecasts and budgets for the region.
* Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
* 5+ years of successful sales or sales management experience in the semiconductor industry.
