Providing trauma-informed, strengths-based, and client-centred support to Children and Young People and their families is fundamental to this role.Shifts will be offered according to your preferences, skills, and experience. Residential Youth Workers must have availability for sleepover shifts and weekend shifts.Pay Rates & BenefitsBase salary is paid between $48.03 - $53.85 per hour plus superNight and public holiday penalty rates on top of the base rateQLeave available for qualifying employeesStaff are supported by experienced Rostering ConsultantsLocationSouth East Queensland - Darling Downs.
